Warranty & Refund Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Unilog Derma Solutions provides a limited warranty on selected medical and aesthetic equipment sold directly by us.

Warranty duration and coverage terms may vary depending on the product category and will be specified in the invoice or separate warranty documentation provided at the time of sale.

2. Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

Products must be operated by qualified professionals as intended.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic equipment, we do not offer refunds once products have been delivered and accepted.

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

All refund requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Procedure

Returns, if approved, must be shipped back in original packaging and condition. Shipping costs for approved returns may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product under warranty terms. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
